After being robbed of a week’s take, small-time pot dealer David is forced by his boss to go to Mexico to pick up a load of marijuana. In order to improve his odds of making it past the border, David asks the broke stripper Rose and two local teenagers to join him and pretend they’re on a family holiday.

How are we getting so many quality uploads so fast? These webrips come very quick.

Posted by whatster on August 23, 2013 at 7:08 pm

It has big Chinese subs below that you cannot turn off so deleted it.

Just saying before you download :) .

Posted by dube on August 23, 2013 at 7:49 pm

@whatster, that’s why they post video samples here. So you don’t waste your time downloading something you don’t want. I’m sure there will be more people downloading this release without checking the sample or even comments and then complaining about it. Regardless thanks for the UL link zyber. I can take the subs over a crappy cam any day. Not to mention you’re probably not going to see anything better until around October.

Posted by whatster on August 23, 2013 at 7:57 pm

I never watch the samples :) and it was not a big deal for me to download it, was just saying this to others before they complain.

Um, hardcoded subs, by their very definition, cannot be deleted. Hence the term hardcoded as opposed to forced. They’re part of the video image. It’s not the same deal as, say, forced subs on a dvd/blu-rsay that are forced through programming. Use for brain for three seconds

To address the why – I’d say it’s twofold. Cheaper and easier to slap subs over original audio instead of shelling out for dub work, with the ancillary benefit of discouraging piracy. Since, like yourself, almost everyone loathes watching hardcoded and forced subs.

The problem is not the Subs, it’s the fact the Chinese do not speak English. Teach them English (which is the language the move was shot in) and they won’t need subs. Problem solved! Please send my $150 to anyone that can remove Obama from office ETHICALLY.

Woody you’re a moron

Girls! Girls! You’re all pretty………….lame! Stop fighting like women and complaining. If you’re that hard up for no subs or the perfect quality, pay the $10 and sit in the theater. Just watch the movie!!

And as always…….thanks Z!!

Posted by Kate on August 23, 2013 at 9:46 pm

BTW I think the Asians are pretty awesome for even putting this up. Obviously, the upload wasn’t meant for English speaking audiences……..hence the SUBS.

Chess has been spot on with his prediction. RIPD and Millers within 3 days. Kick Ass 2 by 30th is the next part.

Posted by Secq on August 23, 2013 at 11:11 pm

People usually don’t check the sample when they see webrip 720p. This is not a webrip 720p. This is a R6 with HC Chinese sub. It has good quality but still not legit.

Posted by Secq on August 23, 2013 at 11:31 pm

Where is the complaining???
He is just warning others, instead of writing useless sht and start a pointless argument like you.

Posted by dube on August 23, 2013 at 11:33 pm

@Secq, with P2P releases you always check the sample no matter what they are labeled or what the nfo says. That’s just common sense.

Posted by Wow on August 23, 2013 at 11:48 pm

Secq – Oh I get it, you’re doing that thing where you claim any release that doesn’t originate from North America somehow isn’t “official” or “legitimate”. It’s an official R6 release–JUST LIKE a US itunes rip, but all Chinese-y and stuff! I’ll wait over here while you wrap your brain around it.

Posted by Iridio on August 23, 2013 at 11:52 pm

Usually you look at the screenshots and not a video sample…

Posted by Wow II: The Squeakgal on August 23, 2013 at 11:53 pm

And since when do “most” people not check a sample from a webrip vs other sources? On what are you basing this arbitrary assertion? What a comically dumb thing to say

Posted by Secq on August 24, 2013 at 12:32 am

Wooow, i admire how u wrapped your brain around.
Its not legit because it doesnt say R6.
But just like the dube said, you check when it is P2P. (shame i never check that)
R6 is not even close to Itunes quality.

Posted by chucklez on August 24, 2013 at 12:41 am

Your grasp of English seems…questionable. Anyway, the problem lies with your understanding (or more lack thereof) of “webrip”. Webrip just means it comes from an official web based download source e.g. itunes or equivalent. Can be from ANYWHERE…it’s a big world out there. This is an OFFICIAL Chinese release, making it a R6 webrip. What do you not understand? …Can I call you Corky? Oh, and aside from the burnt in subs, this release IS more or less right on par with 720p itunes quality–in other words OK but not spectacular. Definitely NOT “worse” than itunes….

Posted by Secq on August 24, 2013 at 1:14 am

@chucklez (The Crafty)
Excuse my English.
I just haven’t seen the official Chinese release tag or whatever anywhere.
Here in wrzko 99.0 % of the time Webrips r from Itunes or similar source. (without R6 tag)
Thanks for that long, useless lesson on webrip. Now i know that i was right.
( Ok maybe closer to itunes quality – hope this gives u comfort )

Posted by @Secq (da nazzty) on August 24, 2013 at 1:29 am

“Right” about what? Literally nothing you said was right aside from the established fact of the baked subs. It IS a webrip; it IS official; it IS on par with as the typical U.S. Itunes HD rip. Those are the opposite of the things you’ve said. Have a good one.

I come here for the drama and the movies. They are both entertaining.

Posted by Secq on August 24, 2013 at 1:43 am

Wow man u changed ur name 100 times and still trying. Understand the difference between webrip and R6 webrip. That is the only damn point.
U won, i am tired of replying to ur ADVANCED English messages.
I think u should download and check the audio and resolution.
Go write a book or some shit.

Posted by Amusing on August 24, 2013 at 5:20 am

Watching a bunch of twats pointlessly arguing has been more entertaining than the movie, thank you for the free entertainment.

This post seems to be on fire. You are always advised to check Screenshots and Sample. Movie was tagged properly, doesn’t really matter that it’s not from iTunes. It has Chinese subtitles because it’s intended for Chinese market/audience. Nothing wrong with a discussion but then insults started to come along and some comments were/had to be flagged.
